Thin Kerf and Low friction Multilayer PVD Coating For Cutting Thin Walled Tubes & Profiles

The Power 2.0 saw blades offer an ideal blend of a sturdy blade construction and a thin kerf designed to minimize vibrations, making them perfect for cutting thin-walled tubes and profiles in demanding applications. With a superior surface finish and a multilayer PVD coating characterized by low friction, these blades guarantee minimal vibration, reduced burrs, and a decreased likelihood of tube-end deformation.

Applications

Cutting thin walled steel tubes and profiles.
Suggested cutting speed: 120 – 200 m/min.
Feed: 0.04 – 0.18 mm/tooth.
Machines: Automatic, semi-automatic and flying cut off applications.
